We're looking for UX Designer

We will entrust you with:

• Identifying advanced UX design needs for the clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Creating site-maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Ensuring consistency and quality of design across all products and platforms
• Working closely with designers and developers to ensure design solutions are properly implemented
• Keeping up with UX design trends and emerging technologies to take informed design decisions
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and educating stakeholders on UX design best practices

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Portfolio showcasing UX design work for digital products
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability best practices
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Miro
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs
• Proficiency in the English language at a B2 level or higher

Not a must, but nice to have: 

• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Background in e-commerce
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a self-managed team environment
• Proficiency in Business English
