Summary

We are in search of a colleague to join our IT Support team, which is an essential part of all operation processes. With us you would be able to work in international environment with variety of systems and softwares. Our team of professionals will onboard and provide support to the new team member to learn about specifics of our systems and work processes. Essential functions and tasks: 

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software and hardware; 
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to received requests;  
  • Diagnose system errors and other issues; 
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues; 
  • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals;  
  • Control the execution of requests, provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution; 
  • Other similar tasks.

 What we would expect: 

  • Computer software and hardware basic knowledge;
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in the team;
  • Interest in solving standard and non-standard problems; 
  • Ability to learn quickly; 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

We work with:

  • Systems Zabbix, Grafana (monitoring);
  • Users Access management;
  • Configuration Gsuite/ Microsoft;
  • Communication with developers;
  • Business Management;
  • VOIP telephony;
  • Business Logic systems configuration;
  • Incidents Management. 

Will be considered as an advantage: 

  • IT background or education;
  • Experience with IT or similar Helpdesk and Support services; 
  • Good spoken/written English; 
  • Linux knowledge.

The monthly gross salary is starting from 1500 EUR depending on your skills and experience.
