Here is what you’ll get to do:

• You'll join one of our engineering teams and work in a team of developers and product owners using agile approaches
• Create software, as well as deploy and support it in production
• Be in charge of coding from the beginning to the end, all while cooperating in an international and diverse workplace
• Write unit and integration tests, as well as new and modified functionality, and manage and document them
• Collaborate with other experts (quality, security, and product) to ensure that our software design, delivery, and quality are unrivaled
• Follow best practices at all aspects of software development: Design, Coding, Testing, Operational procedures, Monitoring
• Give and receive feedback via Code Reviews, Retrospectives and help out removing technical blockers affecting someone else
• Collaborate with other teams to manage dependencies and overcome roadblocks.
• Encourage and enable technological innovation. Investigate new tools, technologies, and ideas to help the system develop even more

Must have:

• Fluency in C++ (5+ years), solid object-oriented programming, multi-threading programming
• Experience with C++ 11
• Understanding of TCP/IP,UDP and HTTP protocols
• Problem solving and debugging skills
• An understanding of agile working practices founded on previous experiences
• Familiarity with Microservices
• Team player and proactive approach
• Fluent English

Desired Skills:

• Solid grounding base in Computer Science, experience working with C++ code in a complex software solution with legacy components
• General understanding of user interface paradigms and frameworks, Perforce, code review
• Open minded, outspoken, and not afraid to explore and work at any layer of the software stack, aware of software delivery challenges
• Team player, collaborative attitude, good in making work relationships and leveraging knowledge and skills within the group
• Experience with large code base projects
• Familiarity with Akka
• Good knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
• Focus on results
• Can do attitude
• Previous experience in the business domain of the project in scope
• Previous experience in working in a multi-cultural and geographically distributed project
• Passionate about IT (Information Technology) and up to date with trends and evolutions in the market
