G-2 is a fast-growing software development company that specializes in automatisation, FinTech and e-commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving the success of our IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, roles, and responsibilities. Motivate team members and manage their performance.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including regular status updates, meetings, and reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

  • Understanding understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as an Project Manager, with a minimum of 1 years in project management (could also be in a different industry)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
