Paid Advertising Specialist
Role Description:
The role of the Paid Advertising Specialist is focused on managing large scale E-Commerce advertising in Scandinavia, leveraging their experience with Google Ads to increase conversions, minimize wasted costs and identify new opportunities. The Paid Advertising Specialist works collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative digital advertising strategies and tactics, and ensure their effective and efficient execution. The role involves continually striving to improve the performance of digital advertising through proactive analysis, ongoing adjustments and regular monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign setup, optimization, and budget administration, including ad copywriting and analytics
- Analyze performance, report results, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Understand the target audience and purchase journey to tailor strategies
- Conduct market research for online advertising trends
- Prepare reports on campaign results, including actionable insights
- Plan and manage budgets, ensuring strong ROI for campaigns
- Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to enhance performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement through A/B testing of ads and landing pages
- Ensure campaigns achieve defined conversion goals
Requirements:
- 1,5+ years of experience in a Paid Advertising Specialist or a similar marketing role
- Proven experience with and knowledge of Google Ads
- The ability to consistently and accurately execute tasks
- Proficiency in Latvian and strong English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users
