🧰 Your responsibilities:

• Own design projects through all the cycle savages: from research and education, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups, to implementing your designs and working closely with developers;
• Conduct Workshops for Clients and the internal team;
• Partner closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives;
• Be an active member of the design department, support junior designers;
• Prepare Presentations for clients and internal goals;

🔥 Required experience / Skills:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in designing digital services, preferably mobile devices;
• Experience working with stakeholders and engineers to bring your ideas to life;
• Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes etc;
• Advanced knowledge of the principles of Materials Design and Human Interface;
• Advanced knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices;
• Advanced knowledge of practical usage and theory about composition, colors,
  typography, branding, etc.;
• Build and support Design Systems and a style guide for the project;
• Work effectively in Figma using components, variants, etc.;
• Understanding of Atomic design approach;
• Experience in User Research (user interview, user testing);
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Double Diamond process;
• Passionate, collaborative team player;
• Upper-Intermediate English;

• Ability to draw on a tablet / by hand
• Motion design skills
• 3D graphics skills
