Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis
• Manage assigned projects (business case, risk analysis, project proposals, getting relevant approvals etc)
• Cooperate with developers to ensure specific technical insight for the business
• Organize approval tests and full responsibility for the quality of delivery in assigned projects
• Propose models, techniques and tools to optimize the software development process
• Prepare or modify documentation for the process (process map, operations manual, forms for operational support, product card, etc.)

Requirements

• Previous experience in business analyst or project manager position
• Project Management training gives an advantage
• Work experience in finance industry gives an advantage
• Higher education, education in IT gives an advantage
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills
• Fluent English and Latvian language skills
