We're looking for IT Project Manager!

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-impact projects. If you have excellent communication skills, a drive for continuous learning, and a knack for mentoring, join us and make a real difference!

We will entrust you with:

• Leading the research of existing and new products
• Creating and managing the backlog timelines and defining user stories
• Setting project goals and ensuring their achievement
• Representing and understanding customer interests and business needs
• Fostering clear collaboration and communication among stakeholders
• Promoting continuous process improvements and best practices
• Leading the development team, prioritizing tasks, and setting direction as well as supporting their goals, providing regular feedback
• Follow up on team's KPI's and work towards team level goals
• Giving support to other project managers, sharing your knowledge

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Previous experience in IT project management
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Previous experience in leading and setting an example for a motivated team towards success
• Interest in supporting onboarding and training new team members, knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude, able to anticipate challenges and drive effective solutions
• Interest in continuous learning and personal growth, a desire to deeply learn field-related training
• Previous experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent business English skills
• Latvian language skills at B2 level

Not a must but nice to have:

• Experience in eCommerce
• Magento experience
