Tasks

• Support for the IT infrastructure of the branch office;
• Testing of new IT technologies, development of proposals for their implementation;
• Active interaction with company divisions and users to perform assigned tasks.
• Support of functioning of network monitoring systems, e-mail, telephony;
• Implementation of installation, configuration, and administration of Windows/Unix servers and workstations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT;
• Knowledge and understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models;
• Understanding the principles of data networking
• Knowledge of the principles of local area networks ethernet, VPN;
• Experience in Linux administration;
• Experience in Windows and AD domain administration (GPO, DFS, etc.)
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization technology
• Experience with end-user support
• Experience with Zabbix monitoring system
• Experience of working with VoIP-telephony based on asterisk, Yeastar
• Basic programming skills: Bash, Python, Powershell, Perl, etc;
• Proficiency in English at least an Intermediate level for oral and written communication;
• Good communication skills, teamwork;

Will be advantages

• Experience in working with Exchange server
• Experience with macOS;
• Experience in administration of Zabbix and other monitoring systems is an advantage;
• Experience in writing technical documentation;
