Responsibilities:

• Driving incidents confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation to responsible parties;
• Incident resolution coordination;
• Driving corrective action implementation for incidents;
• Root cause analysis and follow-ups with responsible parties;
• IT Monitoring and alerting tool supervision;
• Communication with external and internal service providers and stakeholders;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts per request.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure services;
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of written and spoken English language.

What will be considered as a plus:

• Previous Incident and Problem Management Experience;
• Familiar with Linux systems;
• Experience working with Jira;
• Experience with Monitoring tools;
• Good skill in technical troubleshooting and tools.
