We will entrust you with:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies, such as marketing and sales, that align with company goals and drive sustainable growth
- Leading and mentoring the cross functional team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives
- Working with the CRM system and implementing processes within it
- Coordinating and planning company travel and business trips
- Leading and coordinating the development of sales materials, campaigns, brochures, and guidelines
- Identifying and evaluating new markets, business opportunities, and potential partnerships to expand our reach and customer base
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth
- Monitoring and reporting on business development activities
- Conducting thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within business development, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with various sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Not a must but nice to have:
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
