Matrixify is an app in the Shopify e-commerce platform.
We provide the ability to bulk manage your e-commerce store data via spreadsheets.

We build Matrixify and support with just one guiding principle: to add incredible Value for those Shopify stores that deal with data.

Due to Matrixify and Shopify growth, we are expanding our support team.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer chats and tickets about the Matrixify app.
• Help customers get their work done using the Matrixify app.
• Be a customer advocate - provide input for future development and fixes based on customer needs.
• Be so awesome that customers experience ecstatic emotions when you help them.
• Work in the evenings, starting after 18:00.

Requirements

• Fluent in written English
• Know Excel / Google Sheets and work well with spreadsheets
• Experience with the Shopify platform is not a requirement but will be a benefit
• Creative problem-solver
• Can be a student
• Ability to work and concentrate from home
• No work experience required
