We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our organization and oversee the efficient and effective operation of our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience running both blue and red teams. Additionally, excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate has on-hands experience in implementing different tools to mitigate potentials risk for in-house developed products.   

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strong leadership to a team of cybersecurity professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding team members; 
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security risks; 
• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization’s systems and data; 
• Coordinate closely with the organization’s IT and engineering teams to ensure proper remediation of identified security issues; 
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Requirements: 

• Experience in implementing SIEM systems in SDLC, Infrastructure, Data domains; 
• Continuously incorporate cybersecurity throughout the SDLC and CI/CD pipeline; 
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Linux scripting, and  application security (DAST, SAST, SCA and IAST); 
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture throughout the organization; 
• Identify and document vulnerabilities, provide recommendations for remediation, and track the progress of vulnerability fixes; 
• Experience working as an Incident Responder;
• Security Engineering technical background. 

What will be considered an advantage:

• Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH);
• Familiar with compliance ( PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO271001 or other regulations).

We don’t want to define boundaries, but if we had to place a figure on it, the salary range for this position is between EUR 4500 gross and EUR 6500 gross per month (depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field).
