The mission of the company is to provide an easy and handy approach for invoice and billing automation for service providers across Europe and beyond.
We are currently seeking for a Customer support specialist, who is able to make own significant contribution to new and existing projects.

Monthly salary is from 1500 EUR to 2100 EUR BRUTTO.
Your responsibilities:
- Helping clients to solve their daily request on live chat, e-mail, or by telephone;
- Educating customers regarding the platform and product offerings;
- Assisting customers with payment-related issues and account-related inquiries.
What we expect from you:
- Some experience in a customer-facing role and excitement to join the team
- Good at multitasking, tech savvy and quick learner when it comes to operating multiple systems, without losing overview.
- Can-do attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in Latvian, good knowledge of Russian and able to work in English.
