Bookla is a rapidly growing booking and ticketing platform that connects service providers with customers in Latvia and beyond. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager Trainee who is fluent in English and Latvian to join our team. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with service providers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the platform.
• Researching and analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and market trends to develop strategies for expanding the platform's customer base.
• Managing service provider accounts, including registration, ticketing, invoicing, and payments.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Assisting the Account Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Latvian languages (both verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Knowledge of booking and ticketing platforms is a plus.
